We ship to any address in the world. However, remember to follow the guidelines for certain products and customs duties.
We ship all customer orders after the payment is credited to our bank account.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the availability conditions in the warehouse and the order.
Recently, however, due to the increase in transport costs, we mainly limit our activities to 3 countries: the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. On individual requests, we will make a special valuation of shipments to other European countries.
We are also forced to change the organization of sales and shipments of long profiles, i.e. 180, 270 and 300 cm (unless it is for personal collection) in the above-mentioned lengths, forced to shorten the profile from 180 cm to 150 cm and cut 270 cm to half (2 x 134.5 cm) and 300 cm for profiles: 3 x 1 m or 2 x 150 cm.
Parcels weighing up to 20 kg and a length of 120 cm usually cost 15 EUR (standard sizes) to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, but a length over 120 cm can cost 18 or 21 €.

Oversized shipments (over 170 cm, but only up to 270 cm) are an additional cost, depending on the weight and space, up to a maximum of 30 kg and its cost may be proposed at the customer's request. Please contact us if you choose profiles with a length of 180 - 270 cm, because collection in person is also possible.
Please check and report any visible damage in the case of transport in the presence of the courier, if there is a suspicion that the goods have been damaged in transport (in the event of damage, please report the damage to the courier and ask for a complaint document), because this is the basis for a complaint. If possible, take pictures because it is an easy way to show and prove the damage.
Orders to European Union countries in larger quantities, if possible, can be discounted by prior arrangement.
If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen factors (including pricing errors), we will notify you of the delay within 24 hours of receiving the information. We will provide an estimate of the new option. We will refund your money within 48 hours if we determine that we are unable to deliver the product due to non-availability or unforeseen factors, including pricing errors. Unless the customer agrees to wait for the ordered goods.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of delivery. To do so, write us an email and explain the reasons why you are rejecting the goods (it may help us to improve our services). To refund, send them back to us at your own expense, making sure they are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. . In addition, if you fail to take care of the goods before returning them to us and damage or deterioration in quality occurs, we will charge the value of their value or return them to you. The returned product must correspond to the quantity and amount of the order with a copy of the proof of purchase, with no signs of use or damage, with the original product. No discrepancy to the original order to eliminate the cost of re-returns to you.
